Siamo stati a Palazzo Moroni.
L'ingresso costa 7 euro.

Noi abbiamo scelto l'opzione dei tre palazzi e abbiamo visitato il Moroni e il Terzi. Contiamo di visitarne un'altro tra due domeniche.
Siamo arrivati a Palazzo Moroni mezz'ora prima della visita e ci hanno fatto visitare il giardino.
Il giardino è a terrazze e rappresenta 1/10 del verde di Citta Alta di Bergamo.
Il palazzo all'esterno è sobrio e presenta nel cortile una statua di Nettuno opera di Lorenzo Redi.
L'interno è la più grande espressione privata del Barocco a Bergamo.
Il castello è stato fatto costruire da Francesco Moroni nel Seicento.
Arrivato il nostro turno per la visita del castello, siamo stati preceduti da un gruppo di turisti francesi.
Per evitare che ci facessero da tappo, la guida ci ha fatto vedere delle stanze private che normalmente non fanno vedere; si tratta della stanza delle colazioni e soprattutto di uno stanzino affrescato dal Barbelli a mo' di giardino.
Attreverso uno scalone si arriva alle sale maggiori.
Si giunge ad un'ingresso affrescato dal Barbelli; nel 700 Lucia Resta, moglie di Alessandro Moroni, fece aprire delle finestre, eliminando lcuni affreschi, e sostituì il pavimento in cotto originale con uno a mosaico veneziano.
Abbiamo, poi, visto le sale da pranzo o da ballo, dei giganti, dell'età dell'oro, delle 4 stagioni e dell'apoteosi dell'Ercole. Tutte le sale sono affrescate dal Barbelli, sono complete di arredi e opere d'arte, tra le quali di Giovan Battista Moroni, Bernardino Luini, Fra Galgario e Evaristo Beschanis.
